Peanuts are an agricultural product; therefore each crop varies according to growing conditions. We will guarantee, however, the peanuts we select to process are of the highest possible quality available. Hubs peanuts are freshly processed and have gone through careful inspection before they are shipped from our plant to you or your friends. If you are not satisfied with any item shipped directly from us, please send an email to Hubs@hubspeanuts.com or call customer service at 1-800-889-7688 (PNUT) within 30 days of receiving the product and explain your situation. If not crop related, we will work with you to determine the next best steps to resolve any problem to your satisfaction.
