Payment: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Your account will be charged upon receipt of your order. Personal checks and money orders made payable to Hubbard Peanut Company are suitable forms of payment.

Sales Tax: Virginia law requires Virginia residents to pay 2 1/2% sales tax on the total order. Out-of-State residents must pay 2 1/2% sales tax only on the total for items shipped to the state of Virginia.

Gift Message: Your gift messages will be included on our complementary gift card enclosed in the package and also on the outside shipping label. Messages are limited to four lines with 30 characters per line.

Our Peanut Promise & Return Policy: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item shipped directly from us, please email hubs@hubspeanuts.com or call customer service as soon as possible at 1-800-889-7688 (PNUT) to explain the situation. If not crop related, we will work with you to determine the next best steps to resolve any problem to your satisfaction.

Simplified Shipping: We work hard to produce and deliver a quality gift of Hubs to you and your friends at a reasonable price. To simplify your shopping experience, we have included the cost of standard ground delivery in the continental USA for each item shown in our catalog. Weight, distance to travel, and address accuracy are the basis for all shipping rates. Take advantage of savings on shipping costs by ordering our multi-packs today.

We are unable to accept APO or FPO addresses online. Please call at 1-800-889-7688 during normal business hours to place any orders to these addresses.

Check Your Addresses Carefully: Delivery is guaranteed within the continental USA when addresses are complete and current. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, fresh peanuts will be reshipped upon receipt of a corrected address for the cost of reshipping plus any additional charges incurred.
