Your gift messages will be included on our complementary gift card enclosed in the package and also on the outside shipping label. Messages are limited to four lines with 30 characters per line.
Check your Addresses Carefully
Delivery is guaranteed within the continental USA when addresses are complete and current. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order. Please review your order confirmation immediately to ensure that your order was entered correctly before we ready it for shipping. Our logistics partners charge $22.00 for corrections; therefore, any changes after 24 hours are subject to this fee. Sign up for UPS My Choice if you must change an address once it is en route.

To simplify your shopping experience, we have included the cost of standard ground delivery in the continental USA for each item shown in our catalog. Our Peanut Promise & Return Policy:
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item shipped directly from us, please email hubs@hubspeanuts.com or call customer service within 30 days of receiving the product at 1-800-889-7688 (PNUT) to explain the situation. If not crop related, we will work with you to determine the next best steps to resolve any problem to your satisfaction.

Please note: For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, extra shipping fees may apply to larger packages. These are calculated based on USPS Priority Mail rates.
Special Handling
If your order requires special handling—such as including business cards or using your own private labels—please call us or email your order to hubs@hubspeanuts.com. Orders placed online cannot include business cards or private-label packaging.
